Privacy Policy

Tripnario ("we", "us") is a language-learning app built for travelers. This policy describes what information the app collects, how we use it, and your rights. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Information stored on your device

Most of your data lives only on your iPhone: your destination, travel dates, selected learning topics, vocabulary progress, lesson progress, and chat history. Deleting the app removes this data.

Information we process to deliver the service

• AI conversations and lessons. When you chat with a simulated character or load a lesson, your messages and lesson prompts are sent to our AI provider (Google, via Firebase AI Logic) to generate responses. We do not use this content to train models.
• Destination photos. We fetch photos for your destination city through the Google Places API using the place identifier you select.
• Crash and performance data. Firebase may collect anonymized diagnostic information to help us fix bugs and improve performance.

Purchases and subscriptions

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Tripnario does not receive or store your payment details. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements; RevenueCat receives an anonymous user identifier and transaction information from Apple.

Analytics

We may use Firebase Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which features are used and where users get stuck. This data does not personally identify you.

Data we do not collect

Tripnario does not collect your contacts, photos, location, microphone audio, or browsing history. We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers.

Your rights

You can delete your local data at any time by deleting the app. For any other data request — access, correction, or deletion — email us at fernandozafe@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Tripnario is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you inside the app.
